Artificial tooth roots

Implants are also referred to as artificial tooth roots. After thorough preliminary planning, implants are firmly anchored in the jawbone by means of a minor surgical procedure performed by a dental surgeon on our team. Titanium has proven to be the best material for implants. Crowns, bridges and dentures can be attached to the artificial tooth roots using various retaining elements after healing. Following the loss of one tooth or several teeth, implant care offers patients a convenient alternative to conventional crowns, bridges or dentures.

The key advantage is that no healthy teeth have to be ground down and new pillars can be created for dentures. There are no irritating brackets and unpleasant tongue or palate bars in the mouth. Patients are left with a natural feeling tooth, which in turn increases their quality of life. Implant-supported dentures require experienced dentists and dental technicians who have great technical skill.
